The Callaway Fusion Wide Sole irons are a super-premium iron loaded with high-performance technology. Utilising Callaway Golf's revolutionary weight-shifting science of Fusion Technology, Callaway Golf club designers and engineers have packed everything they currently know about game-improvement clubs into the Fusion Wide Sole Irons. The Callaway Fusion Wide Sole clubhead is made of 6-4 titanium and is 25 percent larger than the original Fusion Iron clubhead. The Callaway Fusion Wide Sole irons have a larger effective hitting area, higher stability and increased offset for enhanced confidence. TuniteT, Callaway Golf's proprietary, ultra-dense alloy developed for the original Fusion Irons, is fused to the bottom of the body, dramatically lowering the centre of gravity for greater forgiveness and aid in launching the ball up quickly and easily. The sole's wide design instills more confidence and helps the clubhead glide smoothly through turf while limiting digging on miss-hit shots. Contributing to the solid feel of the Fusion Wide Sole Irons is the unique TPU SenSert insert in the back cavity. The TPU SenSert insert is a chemically engineered thermoplastic polyurethane that decreases vibration for consistent feel on every shot.

A new, super-premium iron that utilizes Fusion Technology — the innovative weight distribution technology created by Callaway Golf — the Fusion Wide Sole Irons use advanced multi-material design to create an oversized game-improvement iron.
Three distinct materials are brought together to create the Fusion Wide Sole Irons:
1. A dense alloy, Tunite, is fused into the sole, optimally placing the CG low in the clubhead to help get the ball in the air quickly and easily.
2. Lightweight 6-4 titanium is used to form the body.
3. A special vibration-dampening TPU SenSert insert is used in the back cavity, resulting in exceptional feel on every shot.
Lightweight 6-4 Titanium Body
Titanium body is 35% lighter than a comparable steel body, allowing Callaway Golf engineers to create an oversize clubhead with increased offset for greater forgiveness, an increased effective hitting area and more confidence.
Tunite Sole Weighting
Heavy Tunite weighting in the sole of the clubhead dramatically lowers the CG to help get the ball in the air quickly and easily.
TPU SenSert Insert
The SenSert is composed of a chemically engineered thermoplastic urethane that decreases vibration and creates an incredibly solid feel.
Wide Sole Design
The wide sole design instills confidence and helps each iron in the set glide smoothly and easily through the turf to reduce clubhead digging on missed shots.
